Turn on the hot water (located in the fuse box in the kitchen closet).
DON’T Try to wash in cold water!
DO Change the AC setting to whatever feels good.
DON’T Sweat all over the couch!
DO Help yourself to anything in the kitchen cupboards and fridge.
DON’T Leave it like ‘old mother huberd’ (replace what you use)!
DO Retire to the balcony for a cigarette.
DON’T Smoke inside and leave it smelling like a used ashtray.
DO Wash yourself off with the pool shower after visiting the beach.
DON’T Start restoring the ‘natural sand dunes’ on the carpets.
DO Turn off the hot water before you leave
DON’T Ramp up my gas bill!!!!
DO Set the AC at about 80 (summer) and heat at 55 (winter) close the blinds before you leave.
DON’T Leave it just cooling my fake plants!
DO HAVE A GREAT TIME!!!!
